1. Chat with Me
Schedule a free 20-minute consultation to give you the chance to decide if RTT is the right choice for you and clarify what outcome you want. We go through your questions and determine your wants and desires before mapping out the perfect transformation session for you
2. Book a Session
With the decision to move ahead with your transformation, I will send you a client intake and terms and conditions forms to complete before your session
3. Show up for your Transformational Session
In our powerful transformation session we will uncover the root cause of your concerns and reframe them for ultimate success. The session can take place online over Zoom or in-person, and lasts between 90 minutes to 2.5 hours. Using RTT tools, I will help you resolve, reframe, and release the beliefs and the emotions that were blocking you. Then using powerful and descriptive words I will help you install the beliefs and feelings to get you the result you are looking for. We will also discuss whether or not to go ahead with a second session.
4. Personalised Audio-Recording

Then using powerful and descriptive words I will help you install new beliefs and feelings to get you the result you are looking for. These powerful words will be incorporated into your transformation audio recording to listen to for a minimum of 21 days and will be sent to you via Whatsapp or email..
We will also discuss whether or not to go ahead with any additional sessions.
5. Follow-up
You will receive at least 2 follow up calls, between 1-7 days and 14-21 days after the session. We will discuss how things are shifting for you, how you feel and whether another session is needed. You can book your session via the calendar unless we have already scheduled it during your first session
